Getting the Message When Pennsylvania officially outlawed texting while driving, MSA, the world's foremost authority on safety, was overjoyed — and took it upon themselves to help drive home the message. This series of simple billboards celebrated the no-texting law's passage, and reinforced the new rules. Put your phones down, folks. It's that simple.
